柳州滨江驳岸洪灾应对转型研究

Study on the Flood Control Transformation of Liuzhou Riverside Revetment

“海绵城市”理念的兴起要求人们重新审视已建成城市驳岸的合理性,不断地推动着生态修复的城市建设征程。以洪灾高发的江流城市柳州为研究对象,对城市中心区御洪驳岸分类解读,就老式堤坝慢性割裂水陆联系纽带、逼仄驳岸不利于汛期雨洪调节、多处驳岸类型与驳岸特点不匹配系列问题详细剖析,提出了将悬崖式冲击面改为直落式,滩涂式建议增加水陆过渡带植被、平行式夹岸浅水段改为缓坡式和自然式驳岸、水深段采用分级式护堤的转型方案。

The rise of the concept of“sponge city”requires people to re-examine the rationality of the revetments built in cities and continuously promote the urban construction process of ecological restoration.Taking Liuzhou,a river-flow city with high frequency of flood disasters,as the research object,the classification of the Yuhong revetment in the central area of the city is studied.Results show that the old-fashioned dams are secluded with water and land linkages,the forced revetment is not conducive to the flood regulation during flood season,and the multiple revetment types and revetment characteristics do not match.The problemsare analyzed in details,and a long-term strategy for transforming the revetment structure is proposed.
