布地奈德结合沙丁胺醇治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的应用分析

Application Analysis of Budesonide Combined with Salbutamol in the Treatment of Children with Bronchiolitis

目的围绕毛细支气管炎患儿接受治疗时使用沙丁胺醇+布地奈德联合治疗的临床效果进行分析。方法就诊时间为2015年1月—2019年2月间,盲选80例毛细支气管炎患儿作为研究对象,均接受常规对症治疗,随后以随机数字表法的形式将患者分为观察组(沙丁胺醇+布地奈德治疗;40例)和对照组(仅布地奈德治疗;40例),并观察两组结果。结果观察组PI(0.16±0.03)、Qs/Qt(6.23±1.23)%、PAaDO2(2.42±0.62)kPa均低于对照组[(0.21±0.02)、(8.52±1.41)%、(3.41±0.66)kPa],两组之间差异有统计学意义(t=8.770、7.740、6.910,P<0.05);观察组总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(85.00%),两组之间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.910,P<0.05)。结论联合沙丁胺醇+布地奈德在治疗毛细支气管炎患儿中有发挥重要作用,疗效明确,可推广价值高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of salbutamol plus budesonide in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis. Methods From January 2015 to February 2019, 80 children with bronchiolitis were blindly selected as subjects. They were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment. The patients were then divided into observation groups in the form of "random number table method"(salbutamol + budesonide treatment;40 cases) and control group(budesonide only;40 cases), and the results of the two groups were observed. Results In the observation group, PI(0.16 ±0.03), Qs/Qt(6.23 ±1.23) % and PAaDO2(2.42 ±0.62)kPa were lower than the control group [(0.21 ±0.02),(8.52 ±1.41)%,(3.41±0.66)kPa]. the difference was statistically significant(t=8.770, 7.740, 6.910, P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group(97.50%) was higher than that of the control group(85.00%), the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.910, P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of albuterol and budesonide plays an important role in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis. The curative effect is clear and the value can be promoted.
