疏肝明目汤联合西药治疗120例肝郁气滞型原发性开角型青光眼临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Shugan Mingmu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treating 120 Cases of Primary Open Angle Glaucoma with Liver Qi Stagnation and Stagnation

目的观察疏肝明目汤联合西药治疗肝郁气滞型原发性开角型青光眼临床疗效及生活质量,探寻有效治疗措施。方法选择2016年5月—2017年5月收治的120例肝郁气滞型原发性青光眼患者,随机分为予以疏肝明目汤联合西药治疗的观察组,以及予以常规治疗措施的对照组,治疗结束后测定治疗前后Fbg、hs-CRP水平,评估抑郁与焦虑情绪,评定疗效及睡眠、生活质量。结果观察组患者治愈30例,显效16例,有效9例,无效5例,有效率91.67%;对照组患者治愈24例,显效13例,有效7例,无效16例,有效率73.33%降低明显,差异统计学意义(χ^2=7.832,P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者Fbg、hs-CRP水平以及生活质量量表各维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组患者Fbg、hs-CRP水平降低明显,临床症状与视功能、身体功能、社会活动及精神心理得分均升高明显,差异有统计学意义(t=4.267、3.982、4.417、3.421、5.267、5.213,P<0.05)。结论疏肝明目汤联合西药可改善肝郁气滞型原发性开角型青光眼患者Fbg、hs-CRP水平,提高疗效,改善生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and quality of life of Shugan Mingmu Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of primary open angle glaucoma with liver Qi stagnation and to find effective treatment measures. Methods A total of 120 patients with primary glaucoma with liver qi stagnation and stagnation of stagnation from May 2016 to May 2017 were randomLy divided into the observation group treated with Shugan Mingmu Decoction combined with Western medicine, and the control group treated with conventional treatment. After the end of treatment, the levels of Fbg and hs-CRP were measured before and after treatment, and depression and anxiety were evaluated, and the efficacy, sleep and quality of life were evaluated. Results In the observation group, 30 cases were cured, 16 cases were markedly effective, 9 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was91.67%. In the control group, 24 cases were cured, 13 cases were markedly effective, 7 cases were effective, 16 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 73.33%. The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.832, P <0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the Fbg, hs-CRP levels and the quality of life scales between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, compared with the control group, the Fbg and hs-CRP levels in the observation group decreased significantly, and the clinical symptoms and visual function, physical function, social activity and mental and psychological scores were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(t=4.267, 3.982, 4.417, 3.421, 5.267, 5.213,P <0.05). Conclusion Shugan Mingmu Decoction combined with western medicine can improve the levels of Fbg and hs-CRP in patients with primary open angle glaucoma with liver Qi stagnation, improve the curative effect and improve the quality of life.
