评价功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床价值

Evaluation of Clinical Value of Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for Chronic Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps

目的对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者采取FESS治疗,并分析其临床价值。方法选取2015年2月—2018年2月,到该院治疗的120例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者,将其分为两组。对照组28例,采取传统手术治疗;观察组92例,采取FESS治疗。结果观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组(93.48%vs 71.43%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.130,P<0.05)术后并发症率低于对照组(3.26%vs 21.43%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.210,P<0.05)术中出血量明显低于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,且术后半年鼻塞、头晕头痛、鼻分泌物、嗅觉状态等评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者采取FESS治疗可获得更加理性的疗效,提高治疗安全性,减轻手术创伤,提高患者术后生活质量。

Objective To treat patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps by FESS and analyze its clinical value.Methods From February 2015 to February 2018, 120 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps treated in our hospital were divided into two groups. 28 patients in the control group were treated with conventional surgery;92 patients in the observation group were treated with FESS. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group 93.48% vs 71.43%, the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=10.130,P <0.05). The postoperative complication rate was lower than that of the control group 3.26% vs 21.43%, the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=10.210,P<0.05). The amount of bleeding was significantly lower than that of the control group. The operation time was shorter than that of the control group, and the scores of nasal congestion,dizziness, headache, nasal secretion and olfactory state were significantly lower than those of the control group the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion FESS treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps can obtain more rational curative effect, improve treatment safety, reduce surgical trauma and improve postoperative quality of life.
