摘要
目的分析关节镜下手术对膝关节后交叉韧带止点撕脱骨折进行治疗的临床疗效。方法选取该院2016年1月—2019年2月收治的73例膝关节后交叉韧带止点撕脱骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组采用传统切开内固定术治疗,观察组采用关节镜下骨折闭合复位内固定术治疗,对比两组手术效果、治疗前后Lysholm膝关节评分变化情况。结果两组患者均成功完成手术治疗,手术切口均显示为Ⅰ期愈合;观察组患者术后6周骨折愈合率为100.00%,高于对照组的86.49%,骨折移位发生率为2.78%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.222、5.994,P<0.05);与对照组对比,观察组术后6周时的Lysholm膝关节评分更高,差异有统计学意义(t=27.468,P<0.05)。结论采用关节镜下骨折闭合复位内固定术治疗膝关节后交叉韧带止点撕脱骨折的效果理想。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of arthroscopic surgery on the treatment of posterior cruciate ligament avulsion fracture of the knee joint.Methods Seventy-three patients with avulsion fractures of the posterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint from January 2016 to February 2019 in the hospital were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional incision and internal fixation.The observation group was treated with arthroscopic fracture closure and internal fixation.The surgical outcomes of the two groups were compared with the changes of the Lysholm knee score before and after treatment.Results The surgical treatment was successfully completed in both groups.The surgical incision showed first-stage healing.The fracture healing rate of the observation group was 100.00%at 6 weeks after operation,which was higher than that of the control group(86.49%).The incidence of fracture displacement was 2.78%.Compared with the control group,25.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.222,5.994,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the Lysholm knee joint score was higher in the observation group at 6 weeks after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(t=27.468,P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic fracture closure and internal fixation for the treatment of posterior cruciate ligament avulsion fractures of the knee joint is effective.
