口腔常规修复与种植修复对牙列缺损的治疗效果比较

Comparison of Therapeutic Effects of Routine Oral Repair and Implant Restoration on Dentition Defects

目的研究口腔常规修复与种植修复对牙列缺损的治疗效果。方法从该院2018年2月—2019年4月收治的牙列缺损患者中筛选114例进行此次研究,按照患者及家属选择的治疗方式分为观察组与对照组,观察组57例,对照组57例,对照组采用口腔常规修复方式治疗,观察组采用口腔种植修复方式治疗,对比两组的口腔功能恢复状况、美观满意度、舒适度和修复状况。结果两组对比,观察组的口腔恢复总分为(94.3±3.4)分,对照组的口腔恢复总分为(71.3±5.3)分(t=34.805,P=0.000),观察组的舒适度为98.24%,对照组的舒适度为97.72%(χ^2=4.840,P=0.000),观察组的修复率为96.49%,对照组的修复率为85.96%(χ^2=3.943,P=0.047),观察组的美观满意度评分为(97.3±2.2)分,对照组的美观满意度评分为(97.4±2.3)分,差异有统计学意义(t=23.484,P=0.000),观察组的口腔功能恢复状况更好,美观满意度较高,舒适度高,修复状况佳,各项对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔种植修复在牙列缺损中具有显著的治疗效果,治疗时患者的舒适度高,治疗后患者的美观满意度高,口腔功能恢复状况更好,修复状况均较常规修复好,其临床应用效果显著,运用价值高,指的广泛推广应用。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of routine oral repair and implant restoration on dentition defects.Methods A total of 114 patients with dentition defects admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to April 2019 were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment methods selected by patients and their families.In the observation group of 57 patients,the control group of 57 cases was treated with routine oral repair.The observation group was treated with oral implant restoration.The oral function recovery,aesthetic satisfaction,comfort and repair status of the two groups were compared.Results The total score of oral recovery in the observation group was(94.3±3.4)points,and the total oral recovery score of the control group was(71.3±5.3)points(t=34.805,P=0.000).The comfort of the observation group was 98.24%,the comfort of the control group was 97.72%(χ^2=4.840,P=0.000),the repair rate of the observation group was 96.49%,and the repair rate of the control group was 85.96%(χ^2=3.943,P=0.047).The score of the degree was(97.3±2.2)points,and the aesthetic satisfaction score of the control group was(97.4±2.3)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=23.484,P=0.000).The oral function recovery of the observation group was better,the aesthetic satisfaction was higher,and the comfort was higher.The degree was high and the repair status was good.The contrasts were significant and there was a comparative significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral implant restoration has significant therapeutic effect in dentition defect.The patient's comfort is high during treatment.The patient's aesthetic satisfaction is high after treatment,the oral function recovery is better,and the repair status is better than conventional repair.Its clinical application effect is remarkable,the application value is high,which is worth widespread promotion and application.
