鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎围手术期行舒适护理的应用效果研究

Endoscopic Surgery for the Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis During Perioperative Period of Comfortable Nursing

目的分析围手术期舒适护理应用于慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术患者的临床效果。方法于该院2017年1月—2019年1月期间收治的慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术患者中选取50例,分为两组,对照组实施常规围手术期护理,研究组在此基础上实施舒适护理,比较两组护理效果。结果研究组舒适度评分高于对照组,研究组术后12、24 h以及48 h的VAS评分与对照组比较均显著较低,差异有统计学意义(t=3.086、3.643、5.048,P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为6.7%,低于对照组的30.0%(χ^2=4.861,P<0.05)。研究组与对照组护理满意度为96.7%和75.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.335,P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者围术期应用舒适护理,能够有效减轻患者术后疼痛,减少并发症发生,提升患者舒适度,可加强应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of perioperative comfort nursing in patients with chronic sinusitis endoscopic surgery.Methods 50 patients with chronic sinusitis endoscopic surgery admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into two groups.The control group underwent routine perioperative nursing,and the study group implemented comfortable care and compare the effects of the two groups.Results The comfort score of the study group was higher than that of the control group.The VAS scores of the study group at 12,24 h and 48h after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.086,3.643,5.048,P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 6.7%,which was lower than that of the control group 30.0%(χ^2=4.861,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group and the control group was 96.7%and 75.0%,and the difference was significant(χ^2=5.335,P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic surgery for the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis during perioperative application of comfortable nursing can effectively reduce postoperative pain,reduce complications,improve patient comfort,and enhance application.
