人工流产术后实施关爱护理干预对患者避孕依从性作用评价

Evaluation of Contraceptive Compliance in Patients Undergoing Nursing Care after Abortion

目的探讨人工流产术后实施关爱护理干预对患者避孕依从性的作用。方法选取2018年1月—2019年4月到该院接受治疗的女性人工流产患者120例,随机分成两组,对照组患者给予术后常规保健,观察组患者给予术后关爱护理干预,对比两组的护理有效率和护理满意度。结果观察组患者的护理有效率95.00%远高于对照组的71.67%(χ^2=16.732,P=0.000);观察组的护理满意度96.67%也远高于对照组的73.33%(χ^2=12.810,P=0.000<0.05)。结论人工流产术后实施关爱护理干预对患者避孕依从性的作用更显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of care intervention on the contraceptive compliance of patients after artificial abortion.Methods A total of 120 female abortion patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine postoperative care,and the observation group received postoperative care intervention.The effectiveness and care satisfaction of the two groups.Results The nursing efficiency of the observation group was 95.00%,which was much higher than that of the control group,which was 71.67%(χ^2=16.732,P=0.000).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,which was much higher than the control group,which was 73.33%(χ^2=12.810,P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of care intervention after abortion has a more significant effect on contraceptive compliance in patients.
