气田清洁水合物防治及污水处理技术

摘要 针对气田生产过程中,需要加注甲醇解防堵,存在环保风险且含醇污水处理费用高的问题,采用"环保水合物抑制剂解防堵、污水无害化处理与药剂回收"环保水合物防治工艺技术。该技术通过应用无毒环保水合物抑制剂解决气井水合物堵塞问题,替代应用甲醇解防堵工艺,同时应用污水无害化蒸发处理与药剂回收工艺实现污水无害化处理与药剂回收,在符合环保要求前提下实现低成本生产。现场应用表明,该技术能够实现污水、污泥处理过程及排放物符合环保要求,试验9口气井相比同期注醇生产时率提高4.5%,药剂费用降低74%,污水处理费用降低67%,应用效果显著。 According to the production process in the field, the need to add the methanol solution of anti-blocking, there are environmental risk and the high cost of sewage containing alcohol, using "green hydrate inhibitor blocking removal and prevention and sewage harmless treatment and chemical recovery technology of hydrate prevention environmental protection".This technology is used to solve the problem of gas hydrate plugging by using non-toxic and environmentally friendly hydrate inhibitor, instead of using methanol solution to prevent plugging.At the same time, the application of the harmless treatment of sewage and the recovery process of the medicament to realize the harmless treatment and recovery of the waste water, and realize the low cost production under the premise of meeting the environmental protection requirements.Field application shows that the technology can realize the process of sewage and sludge treatment and the emissions meet the requirements of environmental protection. Compared with the same period, the production rate of the 9 wells was increased by4.5 %, while the cost of reagent was reduced by 74 %, the cost of wastewater treatment was reduced by 67 %, and the application effect was significant.
