摘要
本文针对油田含油污泥基本特性指标的几种常用测定方法进行对比分析,通过实验研究,设计优化了一种含油污泥含水率、含油率、固相含量等基本特性的连续检测方法。实验结果表明:含水率采用冷冻干燥法测定,含油率采用超声萃取-红外分光光度法测定,固相含量采用冷冻干燥去除水分、萃取除油后进行测定,优化后的检测方法具有可连续操作性,适用于油田大规模大批量含油污泥样品的检测分析。
This paper, several common determination methods of basic characteristics of oily sludge are compared and analyzed. Through experimental research,a continuous detection method for basic characteristics of oily sludge was designed, including water content, oil content and solid phase content. The experimental results show that the water content of oily sludge was determined by freeze-drying method.The oil content of oily sludge was determined by ultrasonic extraction-infrared spectrophotometry.The solid phase content of oily sludge determined by removing water by freeze drying and oil was extracted. The optimized testing method has continuous operation and suitable for the detection and analysis of largescale oily sludge samples in oilfields.
