摘要
研究了用高压活塞体积管法(High Pressure Piston Prover,HPPP)原级标准装置检定音速喷嘴的数学模型和流出系数的测量不确定度,通过对现有HPPP原级流量标准装置进行设计改造,用一台超声波流量计代替上游川气涡轮流量计,一套被检音速喷嘴管段代替下游传递涡轮流量计的方案,优化测得值的不确定度,实现用HPPP原级标准装置检定音速喷嘴的功能。
Make a research on the mathematical model and uncertainty of measurement of outflow coefficient of Sonic Nozzle verified by HPPP primary standard device.Through the design and transformation of existing HPPP primary standard device,an ultrasonic flowmeter is used to replace the upstream transfer turbine flowmeter,and a set of Sonic Nozzle section is used to replace the downstream transfer turbine flowmeter.The uncertainty of measurement results is optimized.Now,HPPP primary standard device is used to verify the function of Sonic Nozzle.
