扶正健脾汤对脾胃虚弱型厌食症患儿免疫功能及微量元素的影响

Curative efficacy of Fuzheng Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of anorexia with stomach-spleen deficiency in children and its effects on immune function and trace elements level

目的研究在常规治疗的基础上加用扶正健脾汤对脾胃虚弱型厌食症患儿免疫功能及微量元素水平的影响。方法选择2016年7月至2018年7月紫阳县中医医院收治的脾胃虚弱型厌食症患儿80例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予健胃消食片联合复合维生素B片常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用扶正健脾汤。治疗3周后评价两组患儿治疗后的临床效果,并比较其治疗前后的免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)、微量元素(Zn^2+、Ca^2+)水平和治疗前后的症状积分变化。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为97.5%,明显高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿的IgA、IgG、IgM水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿的IgA、IgG、IgM分别为(1.46±0.41)g/L、(15.68±5.64)g/L、(1.34±0.42)g/L,明显高于对照组的(1.03±0.29)g/L、(11.34±4.20)g/L、(0.92±0.33)g/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿的Zn^2+、Ca^2+水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿的Zn^2+、Ca^2+分别为(88.99±11.87)μmol/L、(1.89±0.13)mmol/L,明显高于对照组的(80.21±10.71)μmol/L、(1.71±0.12)mmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患儿的症状积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿的食欲、食量、面色、腹胀积分分别为(0.72±0.29)分、(0.82±0.22)分、(0.41±0.13)分、(0.29±0.16)分,明显低于对照组的(1.51±0.41)分、(1.48±0.31)分、(0.88±0.25)分、(0.59±0.23)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用扶正健脾汤治疗脾胃虚弱型厌食症患儿可有效改善患者免疫功能及微量元素水平,治疗效果显著。

Objective To study efficacy of Fuzheng Jianpi Decoction on immune function and trace elements in the stomach-spleen deficiency children with anorexia.Methods A total of 80 children of stomach-spleen deficiency children with anorexia,who admitted to Ziyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2016 to July2018,were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 40 children in each group.The control group was treated with Jianwei Xiaoshi Tablets combined with multivitamin B tablet,and the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Jianpi Decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group.After 3 weeks of treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups of children were evaluated,and the levels of immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG,IgM),trace elements(Zn^2+,Ca^2+)and symptom scores before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%,which was significantly higher than 75.0%of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the observation group were(1.46±0.41)g/L,(15.68±5.64)g/L and(1.34±0.42)g/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than corresponding(1.03±0.29)g/L,(11.34±4.20)g/L and(0.92±0.33)g/L in the control group(all P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of Zn^2+and Ca^2+between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of Zn^2+and Ca^2+in the observation group were(88.99±11.87)mol/L and(1.89±0.13)mmol/L,which were significantly higher than(80.21±10.71)mol/L and(1.71±0.12)mmol/L in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of appetite,appetite,complexion and abdominal distension in the observation group were(0.72±0.29)points,(0.82±0.22)points,(0.41±0.13)points,(0.29±0.16)points,respectively,which were significantly lower than corresponding(1.51±0.41)points,(1.48±0.31)points,(0.88±0.25)points,(0.59±0.23)points in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,Fuzheng Jianpi decoction can effectively improve the immune function and trace elements level in stomach-spleen deficiency children with anorexia.
