中医穴位贴敷联合情志护理对小儿支气管哮喘恢复的影响

Effect of Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with emotional nursing on recovery of children with bronchial asthma

目的探讨中医穴位贴敷联合情志护理在小儿支气管哮喘中的应用效果,为患者的临床治疗及护理提供指导。方法选择2018年4月至2019年4月深圳市宝安中医院(集团)新生儿科收治的100例支气管哮喘患儿纳入研究,按随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规治疗+护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合中医穴位贴敷+情志护理治疗,疗程为7 d。治疗7 d后,比较两组患儿的临床疗效、中医症候积分和肺功能的变化及不良反应。结果治疗7 d后,观察组患儿的临床治疗总有效率为94.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗7 d后,观察组和对照组患儿的喘息[(0.49±0.06)分vs(0.85±0.09)分]、咳嗽[(0.40±0.06)分vs(0.79±0.08)分]、气促[(0.43±0.05)分vs(0.80±0.10)分]、胸闷[(0.32±0.04)分vs(0.65±0.07)分]、肺部哮鸣音[(0.38±0.06)分vs(0.79±0.08)分]积分比较,观察组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗7 d后,观察组和对照组患儿的第1秒用力呼出量(FEV1)[(3.65±0.57)L vs(3.21±0.51)L]、FEV1/用力肺活量(FVC)[(88.42±4.71)%vs(82.39±4.52)%]、呼气峰值流速(PEF)[(87.20±5.86)%vs(82.41±5.33)%]比较,观察组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的不良反应发生率均为2.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上,中医穴位贴敷联合情志护理治疗小儿支气管哮喘疗效显著,其可有效改善中医症候积分、肺功能,促进疾病恢复,且未增加不良反应。

Objective To study the effect of Chinese Medicine acupoint application combined with emotional nursing on recovery of children with bronchial asthma, to provide guidance for clinical treatment and nursing of patients.Methods A total of 100 children with bronchial asthma who received therapy from April 2018 to April 2019 in Department of Neonatology, Shenzhen Baoan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected. According to the random number table, they were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 50 children in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing, while the observation group was given Chinese Medicine acupoint application and emotional nursing on the basis of the control group, continuously for 7 days. The clinical efficacy,the changes of TCM symptom score, pulmonary function, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups at 7 days after treatment. Results At 7 days after treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 94.0%,which was significantly higher than 80.0% in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of asthma, cough, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and lung wheezing were 0.49±0.06, 0.40±0.06, 0.43±0.05, 0.32±0.04, 0.38±0.06 in the observation group, significantly lower than 0.85±0.09, 0.79±0.08, 0.80±0.10, 0.65±0.07, 0.79±0.08 in the control group(P<0.05);the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1), FEV1/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC), and peak expiratory flow(PEF) were(3.65±0.57) L,(88.42±4.71)%,(87.20±5.86)%, significantly higher than(3.21±0.51) L,(82.39±4.52)%,(82.41 ± 5.33)% in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions were 2.0% in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment, the Chinese Medicine acupoint application combined with emotional nursing has significant efficacy for children with bronchial asthma, which can effectively improve the integral of TCM symptoms and pulmonary function, promote the recovery of disease, without increasing adverse reactions.
