摘要
以一栋框架-核心筒结构作为实例,对既有建筑楼板开洞前进行技术鉴定及开洞后进行加固设计。对开洞楼层的型钢柱、钢筋混凝土柱、钢筋混凝土现浇板现状进行检查检测及承载力验算。研究表明,楼板局部开洞面积与结构平面相比较小,对楼层结构平面刚度及抗侧力构件几乎没有影响;同时,为了满足既有建筑的安全性、使用性等要求楼板局部开洞后,沿板的洞边设置防裂构造钢筋、新增楼梯区域需要考虑新增梁和原有梁加固等措施。
Taking a frame-core tube structure as an example,technical appraisal before opening and reinforcement design after opening of existing building floor were carried out.The present situation of steel columns,reinforced concrete columns and cast-in-situ reinforced concrete slabs on the floors with opennings was examined and checked,and the bearing capacity was calculated.The results show that the area of local openings in floor slabs is smaller than that in structural plane,which has little effects on the plane stiffness and lateral resistance components of floor structures.At the same time,in order to meet the safety and usability requirements of existing buildings,measures such as adding new beams and strengthening existing beams need to be taken into account when setting crack-proof structural reinforcement along the hole edge of the slabs and adding staircase areas.
