刍议新时期高校教师党务工作队伍的培育

高校教师党务工作队伍是高校意识形态主阵地的坚守者、社会主义核心价值观的忠诚捍卫者。在高校开展的基层党建工作中,高校教师党务工作者在促进高校党建工作科学化、专业化、系统化等方面发挥了积极的作用。从高校教师党务工作队伍培育的人才优选工程、轮训工程、内容系统化工程三方面,论述了如何优选并培养出一支思想政治觉悟高、专业素养好、培训能力强、结构合理、人员相对稳定的高校教师党务工作队伍。

The party work team of college teachers is the firm defender of the main position of college ideology and the loyal defender of the socialist core values.Since the university started the grass-roots party construction work,college teachers as the party workers have played an active role in promoting the scientific,professional and systematic work of party building in universities.From the three aspects of talent optimization project,rotation training project and content systematization project,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions on how to select and cultivate a party work team of college teachers with high ideological and political awareness,good professional quality,strong training ability,reasonable structure and relatively stable personnel.
