公共图书馆少儿服务法律规范现状分析

Analysis on the Present Situation of the Legal Norms of Children’s Service in Public Libraries

少儿服务在公共图书馆服务中地位特殊且重要,但是相关的法律保障未成体系。文章对全国各省公共图书馆少儿服务法律规范现状进行调研,在调研结果上,就立法时间、服务人群、资源建设、场所等方面进行分析,提出关于我国今后图书馆少儿服务法律规范建设的思考。

The children s service plays a special and important role in the public library service,but the relevant legal protection has not yet been systematic.This paper investigates the present situation of legal norms of children's service in public libraries in all provinces of China,and analyzes the legislative time,the people serviced for,construction of resources,places and so on.Puts forward some thoughts on the construction of the legal norms of library children's service in the future.
