基于WSR系统方法论的进城务工人员信息服务路径研究

Path Research on Information Service of Rural Workers in Cities Based on WSR Systems Approach

通过服务意图理解、形成服务目标、数据调查分析、服务策略构造、服务方案选择、服务实施和服务评价七个阶段,分析了信息服务过程中的相关影响因素,建立了高校图书馆进城务工人员信息服务模型,为帮助进城务工人员顺利融入城市生活,成为城市“新市民”提供了新的服务思路。

Through seven stages of service intention understanding,service target building,data investigation and analysis,strategy construction,plan selection,implementation and evaluation,this article analyzes the relevant influence factors in the service process and builds the university libraries’information service model of rural workers in cities,in order to provide guarantee for realizing that the rural workers in cities blend in city life and becoming the“new citizen”successfully.
