威金斯煤气柜调平装置是控制煤气柜活塞水平度关键设备。调平装置中钢丝绳的异常断裂会导致活塞倾斜,问题严重时倾斜的活塞会撕裂密封橡胶膜,发生煤气泄漏。宝钢1号转炉煤气柜调平钢丝绳与柜顶梁发生干涉,钢丝绳使用寿命缩短。通过对柜顶调平导轮、滑轮的适当调整,在不改变柜顶梁结构、不影响活塞旋转度的前提下,有效地解决了调平钢丝绳与柜顶梁的干涉问题,延长了钢丝绳的使用寿命,提高了煤气柜运行的安全性。

The leveling device of Wiggins Converter Gas Holder is the key equipment of controlling the levelness of piston.The abnormal fracture of the steel wire rope in the leveling machine will lead to the tilt of the piston.When it gets worse,the sloping piston will tear the sealing rubber membrane,and lead to the gas leak.The interference between the leveling ropes and the top of the No.1 Converter Gas Holder of Baosteel has shortened the service life.By adjusting the regulating wheels and pulleys on the top of the cabinet,the problem of interference between the leveling wire rope and the top of the cabinet is effectively solved without changing the structure of the top of the cabinet and affecting the rotation of the piston,and extend the service life of steel wire rope and improve the safety of Converter Gas Holder.
