X射线荧光法对钢板不同种类金属镀层质量的测定

摘要 采用X射线荧光法对钢板不同种类金属镀层质量进行了测定。试验结果表明,对于镀层为纯金属的镀层钢板,如电镀锌、热镀锌和电镀锡钢板等,可采用镀层金属作为X射线荧光法的特征元素;对于镀层为合金的钢板,如镀铝锌、镀铝硅、锌铝镁镀层钢板等,可采用基板Fe作为X射线荧光法的特征元素;另外,如果合金镀层中各元素成分相对稳定,也可采用镀层合金中含量较高且稳定的元素作为X射线荧光法的特征元素。研究建立的镀锌板、镀铝锌、镀铝硅和锌铝镁镀层质量的测定方法与重量法之间的偏差均小于3 g/m 2,方法相对标准偏差优于1.0%。 X-ray fluorescence method is used to determine the quality of different kinds of metal coatings on steel plate.The test results show that the coated metal can be used as the characteristic element of X-ray fluorescence method for coated steel sheets with pure metal,such as galvanized steel sheet,hot-dip galvanized steel sheet and tin plated steel sheet.For steel sheets with alloy coating,such as aluminum-zinc steel sheet,aluminum-silicon steel sheet and zinc-aluminium-magnesium coated steel sheet,the substrate element Fe can be used as the characteristic element of X-ray fluorescence method.In addition,the elements with high and stable content in the alloy coating can also be used as the characteristic element of X-ray method.the deviation between the X-ray fluorescence method and X-ray the gravimetric method is less than 3 g/m 2,and the relative standard deviation of the method is better than 1.0%.
