摘要
针对高速铁路接触网设备传统维修模式的不足,提出基于故障预测与健康管理(PHM)技术的维修策略。该维修策略结合高速铁路接触网设备运行特点及需求,利用网络技术、大数据分析技术、铁路供电安全检测监测系统(6C)等建立生产信息数据系统,通过对标准数据、历史数据和在线检测监测数据的对比、分析,实现故障预测预警、设备健康状态评估、全寿命周期可靠性分析,解决高速铁路接触网设备维修过度与维修不足的问题,提升检修的质量和效率。
With regard to the deficiency of traditional maintenance modes for OCS equipment of high speed railway,the paper puts forward maintenance strategy based on the fault prediction and PHM technology.This maintenance strategy is able to combine the operational characteristics and requirements of OCS equipment of high speed railway,establish production information data system by application of network technology,big data analyzing technology and railway power supply safety inspection and monitoring system(6C);by comparison of standard data,historical data and online inspection and monitoring data,it is able to realize the prediction and pre-alarm of faults,equipment health status assessment,full life cycle reliability analysis,solve the over-maintenance and under-maintenance of OCS equipment of high speed railway,and improve the quality and efficiency of the inspection.
