摘要
针对接触网关键受力零部件的机械加工结构特点,通过分析其技术要求及工艺内容,研究制定智能化加工生产线所需的工艺设备、工艺路线及布局,合理分割工步,设计适用于自动化生产的工艺夹具,确定物料转运及存储方案,实现接触网关键零部件的智能化制造。
With regard to the machining and structural characteristics of key tension fittings of OCS,by analyzing of their technical requirements and contents of process,the paper illustrates the required processing equipment,process route and layout for the intellectualized production line,the design of process fixtures adaptable for automatic production,the determination of transfer and storage plan of goods and materials,and realizing of intellectualized manufacturing of the key fittings of OCS.
