摘要
目的分析胎膜早破孕妇B族链球菌感染以及相关蛋白的表达情况。方法以本院2016年12月至2019年2月收治的60例胎膜早破孕妇为观察组,同期选取60例无胎膜早破孕妇为对照组,均测定B族链球菌,观察B族链球菌感染情况,并分析胎膜早破与相关蛋白表达的关系。结果观察组中B族链球菌感染率是36.67%,比对照组的16.67%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者B细胞淋巴瘤基因?2(Bcl?2)阳性表达率45.00%,比对照组的86.67%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者Bcl?2相关X蛋白(Bax)阳性表达率85.00%,比对照组的51.67%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者Bcl?2及Bax表达间呈负相关(P<0.05)。未存在B族链球菌感染时,观察组患者Bcl?2阳性表达率55.26%,比对照组的88.00%低,而观察组Bax阳性表达率89.47%,比对照组的54.00%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕妇出现胎膜早破的危险性因素之一即B族链球菌感染,不仅Bcl?2低表达、Bax高表达会增加胎膜早破风险,而且B族链球菌感染会对Bcl?2及Bax表达与胎膜早破间的关系产生影响。
Objective Analysis of group B streptococcus infection and expression of related proteins in pregnant women with premature rupture of the fetal membranes.Methods 60 cases of pregnant women with pre?mature rupture of the fetal membranes were randomly selected in our hospital during December 2016 to February 2019 as experimental group,60 cases of pregnant women without premature rupture of the fetal membranes during the same period as control group,all of these pregnant women were detected group B streptococcus,observe the infection of group B streptococcus,and analysis of the relationship between premature rupture of the fetal mem?branes and related protein expression.Results The group B streptococcus infection rate in the experimental group was 36.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(16.67%),and the difference was statistically signifi?cant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of B?cell lymphoma/leukemia?2(Bcl?2)in the experimental group was 45.00%,which was lower than that of the control group(86.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of Bcl?2 associated X protein(Bax)in the experimental group was 85.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(51.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was a negatively correlated between Bcl?2 and Bax expression in the experimental group(P<0.05).In the absence of group B streptococcus infection,the positive expression rate of Bcl?2 in the experi?mental group was 55.26%,which was lower than that of the control group(88.00%),while the positive expression rate of Bax in the experimental group was 89.47%,which was higher than that of the control group(54.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Group B streptococcus infection is a risk factor for pregnant women with premature rupture of the fetal membranes,not only the low expression of Bcl?2 and high expression of Bax can increase the risk of premature rupture of the fetal membranes,but also group B streptococcus infection can affect the relationship between Bcl?2,Bax expression and premature rupture of the fetal membranes.
