摘要 肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)为间质来源多效性生长因子,与肝细胞生长因子受体(HGF?receptor,也称c?Met)相结合,形成具有广泛生物学功能的HGF/c?Met信号通路,可促进细胞有丝分裂、生长、成熟、运动、组织形成过程以及诱导血管生成。以往研究表明HGF广泛表达于哺乳动物的睾丸和卵巢组织中,HGF/c?Met信号通路可参与调控卵泡发生和精子发生。本综述主要对近年HGF/c?Met信号通路对卵泡发生、精子发生的调控作用的研究进展进行概括。 Hepatocyte growth factor(HGF),a multipotent growth factor derived from mesenchyme,binds to hepatocyte growth factor receptor(HGF?receptor,also call c?met)and develops HGF/c?Metsignal pathway with extensive biological functions,which is able to promote cellular mitosis,growth,maturation,movement as well as histogenesis and inducing angiogenesis Previous studies indicated the expression of HGF was widely existed in testicular or ovarian of mammals,HGF/c?Met signaling pathway could regulate folliculogenesis and spermatogenesis.This review mainly summarizes recent research progress of HGF/c?met signaling pathway mediating folliculargenesis and spermatogenesis.
