On Realistic Path of the National Social Solidarity by Means of the Public Sphere & Its Dialogue

从本质来说,民族团结是人们(族群)的社会团结,人们(族群)在社会公共领域中的交往行动对社会团结有决定性的意义。人们在交往中进行对话而构成“理性话语共同体”,对促进民族的社会团结起关键性作用。对话既是消除社会冲突的“安全阀”,又是社会关系改善的“润滑剂”,也是包容分歧的“缓冲器”,还是产生文化认同的“催化剂”,更是人们(族群)交往交流的“实践行动”。对话在加强民族团结教育、促进社区团结、构建共享文化等方面有重要的作用。

The essence of the national unity is the social solidarity of the people,and the people’s commu nicative action in the social public sphere has the decisive significance to the social solidarity.In the communi cation,people formulate a rational discourse community because of the dialogue,which plays a key role in pro moting the social unity of the nation.The dialogue among people is the“safety valve”to eliminate the social conflicts,a lubricant for improving the social relations,a buffer that holds differences,the catalyst to produce the cultural identity among nations,and at the same time,the dialogue also means“practical action”.Thus,the dialogue plays an important role in strengthening the education of national unity,promoting community solidari ty and building a shared culture.
