广西贵合高速水泥搅拌桩检测数据统计及质量分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过对广西贵港至合浦高速公路的水泥搅拌桩质量检测数据进行统计分析,检验现有标准是否客观合理。施工桩长当有大量数据时数据规律较为合理,芯样无侧向抗压强度,发现其抗压强度集中在一定范围内,按照数理统计方法μ=2.8305,σ=2.0617,则μ±σ为(0.7688,4.8922),在此内数据约占总数的89.2%。统计分析复合地基承载力检测最终沉降平均值及特征值对应沉降量平均值,并研究水泥搅拌桩复合地基P-s曲线,发现主要有8种类型,通过分析P-s曲线沉降变形过程并得到其破坏模式,其类型与水泥搅拌桩的本身性质有关,还与桩间土的物理性质有关,论文试图采用历史检测数据的统计分析来验证并优化目前的检测评判标准。 Through statistical analysis of the quality testing data of cement mixing piles on Guigang-Hepu Expressway in Guangxi,the objective and reasonable existing standards are verified.When there is a lot of data about pile length,the data rule is more reasonable,the core sample has no lateral compressive strength,and it is found that the compressive strength of the core sample is concentrated in a certain range,according to the mathematical statistics method,μ=2.8305,σ=2.0617,and the value ofμ±σis(0.7688,4.8922),which accounts for 89.2%of the total.Statistical analysis of average detection of final settlement of composite foundation bearing capacity and settlement of eigenvalues corresponding to the amount of average,and P-s c urve o f c ement m ixing p ile c omposite f oundation,found t hat t here a re e ight major kinds of type,through the analysis of P-s curve settlement deformation process and its failure mode,its type is associated with the nature of cement mixing pile,also related to the physical properties of soil between piles,the paper tries to adopt statistical analysis of historical test data to validate and optimize the current testing standards.
