Discussion on Some Issues about the Upgrading of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant

本文在全国大范围开展城镇污水处理厂提标改造的背景下,讨论了提标改造实施的科学性、项目实施方式和设计方案选取,提出提标改造工程设计、建设前应开展现状评估,分析阐述了提标改造建设施工可能面临的困难和提标改造后的运行挑战等,以供同行参考。

Under the background of large-scale upgrading for higher technical standard of urban sewage treatment plant in China,the scientific nature of the upgrading,project implementation mode and design scheme selection are discussed.This paper puts forward that the current situation evaluation should be carried out before the design and construction of upgrading project,expounds the possible difficulties in the construction of the upgrading project and the operation challenges after the upgrading for peer reference.
