Both Heteropaternity and Heteromaternity Occurred into Twins: Case Report

双生子鉴定在法医亲子鉴定中较常见,鉴定结果偶见异父双生子,而异父异母双生子未见报道。本文报道1例鉴定结果为异父异母双生子的案例,并讨论其产生的原因和鉴定体会。该案例提示,对双生子亲子鉴定,为防止误判,绝不能只鉴定一个孩子,便贸然推定另一个孩子的亲子关系。

The identification of twins is quite common in forensic paternity test.Twins of heteropaternity(those of different fathers due to heteropaternal superfecundation)are occasionally detected,but twins of both heteropaternity and heteromaternity have not yet been reported.This paper reports a case where the results of STR genotyping showed that both heteropaternity and heteromaternity occurred into one couple of twins.Their resultant mechanism was ex plored and the identifi cation cognition discussed.Accordingly,a reminder is here put forth that the children’s parent-child relationship must not be rashly defi ned by only one child’s identifi cation when twins’paternity is to ascertain.
