旋股外动脉降支远端血管在股前外侧游离皮瓣修复四肢创面中的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨保留旋股外动脉降支远端血管在四肢创伤应用股前外侧游离皮瓣修复治疗中的作用。方法将该院于2013年5月-2018年6月收治的40例四肢创伤患者为实验对象,均给予股前外侧游离皮瓣修复,期间均保留旋股外动脉降支远端血管,观察治疗效果。结果分离旋股外动脉降支远端血管耗时(4.53±1.02)min,均未发生相关并发症,34例患者恢复行走功能,6例患者均恢复手部功能。结论四肢创伤在行股前外侧游离皮瓣修复手术治疗时,保留旋股外动脉降支远端血管能改善患者的缺损部位修复效果。 Objective To investigate the role of distal vascular grafts in the reduction of the external femoral artery in the treatment of limb wounds with anterolateral thigh free flap. Methods Forty patients with limb trauma who were admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to June 2018 were treated with anterior lateral femoral free flap. All the distal femoral artery descending vessels were preserved during the period. effect. Results The distal vessels of the descending branch of the external femoral artery were separated(4.53±1.02) min. No complications occurred. 34 patients recovered the walking function,and 6 patients recovered their hand function. Conclusion In the treatment of limb anterior lateral free skin flap repair, the preservation of the distal vascular of the descending branch of the external femoral artery can improve the repair of the defect site.
