辛伐他汀对老年高血压合并高脂血症的患者血压控制水平、血脂水平及生存质量的影响研究

Effect of Simvastatin on Blood Pressure Control, Blood Lipid Levels and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Hypertension Complicated with Hyperlipidemia

目的研究辛伐他汀对老年高血压合并高脂血症的患者血压控制水平、血脂水平及生存质量的影响。方法便利选取2017年10月-2018年10月期间该院收治的老年高血压合并高脂血症76例患者作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法,随机将其分为A组38例和B组38例。对A组和B组采用同种同剂量的降压药物,然后对A组给予40 mg/d辛伐他汀治疗方式,B组给予20 mg/d辛伐他汀治疗方式,比较A、B两组的治疗有效率、血压控制水平、血脂水平以及生存质量情况。结果在对治疗有效率进行比较时,A、B两组对应分别为97.37%、76.32%,A组高于B组(χ2=7.371,P<0.05)。A组治疗后的收缩压和舒张压均低于治疗前,且A组低于B组(χ2=7.017、7.561,P<0.05)。A组治疗后血脂水平TC、TG、LDL-C均低于治疗前,且低于B组(t=7.261、6.544、7.981,P<0.05)。A组治疗后的HDL-C高于治疗前,且高于B组(t=6.042,P<0.05)。A组治疗后生活质量各维度的评分均高于B组(t=5.371、7.159、6.374、8.722,P<0.05)。结论在对老年高血压合并高脂血症患者进行治疗的过程中,给予40 mg/d辛伐他汀进行治疗,其疗效显著,在血压控制和血脂改善方面均有显著的价值,同时在改善生活质量方面也有重要的意义,值得推广。

Objective To study the effects of simvastatin on blood pressure control, blood lipid levels and quality of life in elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia. Methods 76 patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia admitted to the hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were Conveniently selected into the study. Randomized digital table method was used to randomly divide them into 38 patients in group A and 38 in group B. For group A and group B, the same dose of antihypertensive drugs were used, then group A was given 40 mg/d simvastatin treatment, group B was given20 mg/d simvastatin treatment, and compare the treatment efficacy, blood pressure control levels, blood lipid levels, and quality of life in group A and group B. Results When comparing the effective rates of treatment, the corresponding groups of A and B were 97.37% and 76.32%, respectively, and group A was higher than group B(χ2=7.371, P<0.05). The systolic and diastolic blood pressures in group A were lower than those before treatment, and group A was lower than group B(χ2=7.017,7.561, P<0.05). The blood lipid levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in group A were lower than those before treatment and lower than those in group B(t=7.261, 6.544, 7.981, P<0.05). The HDL-C after treatment in group A was higher than that before treatment and higher than that in group B(t=6.042, P<0.05). The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in group A were higher than those in group B(t=5.371, 7.159, 6.374, 8.722, P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia, 40 mg/d simvastatin treatment, the effect is significant, in the blood pressure control and blood lipid improvement have significant value, while having important significance in improving the quality of life and being worth promoting.
