氯吡格雷对冠心病的治疗效果及不良反应评价

Therapeutic Effect and Adverse Reaction Evaluation of Clopidogrel on Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究氯吡格雷对冠心病的治疗效果及不良反应。方法方便选择2016年6月-2018年8月该院收治的60例冠心病患者作为该次研究患者或研究对象,并采用电脑随机法将60例冠心病患者进行分组,主要包括两组,其中观察组实施氯吡格雷治疗;对照组实施常规治疗,分析两组治疗效果、凝血功能指标、血小板凝聚情况和不良反应情况。结果观察组冠心病患者治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(χ^2=13.416,P<0.05)。观察组冠心病患者凝血功能指标与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后12、24 h观察组冠心病患者血小板值分别为(28.55±1.31)、(25.16±1.30),均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=26.494、24.596,P<0.05)。观察组冠心病患者不良反应发生率3.33%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.680,P<0.05)。结论氯吡格雷对冠心病的治疗效果十分显著,且具有较高安全性,值得研究。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of clopidogrel on coronary heart disease. Methods Patients with coronary heart disease from June 2016 to August 2018 were Convenient selected as the study patients or subjects, and 60 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into two groups, including the observation group and clopidogrel treatment, and the control group with routine treatment, analysis of the two groups of treatment effects, coagulation function indicators, platelet aggregation and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 96.67% higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(χ2=13.416, P<0.05). The coagulation function index of patients with coronary heart disease in the observation group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05). The platelet values of patients with coronary heart disease were(28.55±1.31)and(25.16±1.30), respectively, 12 h after treatment and 24 h after treatment, which were lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=26.494, 24.596,P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33% lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.680, P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of clopidogrel on coronary heart disease is very significant and has high safety and is worthy of study.
