致康胶囊在高凝又合并出血风险患者中的运用

Application of Zhikang Capsule in Patients with Hypercoagulable and Bleeding Risk

目的探讨了致康胶囊在高凝又合并出血风险患者中的应用效果。方法便利选取2016年6月-2018年12月期间该院接收治疗的88例白细胞高于100×10^9/L且血小板小于30×10^9/L的患者为研究对象,患者无出血及血栓形成,对比分析两组患者的出血征象及凝血七项指标,按照治疗方法分为对照组(44例)、观察组(44例)两组,对照组给予止血芳酸、维生素K1治疗,观察组给予致康胶囊治疗,对比分析两组患者的血小板含量、凝血状态。结果治疗后,观察组患者血小板水平(175.34±38.45)显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.579,P<0.05);观察组患者凝血试验指标TT(11.09±2.07)s、PT(10.38±3.43)s、APTT(30.83±5.23)s、D-dimer(349.52±49.34)μg/L、Fbg(3.57±0.52)g/L均具有显著变化,差异有统计学意义(t=4.117、2.679、3.873、3.748、4.189,P<0.05)。结论应用致康胶囊治疗高凝合并出血风险患者可以起到良好的止血效果,并且没有不良反应,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of Zhikang Capsule in patients with hypercoagulable and bleeding risk. Methods From June 2016 to December 2018, Convenient select88 cases of white blood cells received from the hospital were higher than 100 ×10^9/L and platelets less than 30 ×10^9/L. The patients had no bleeding and thrombosis. The patient’s bleeding signs and seven indexes of blood coagulation were selected. According to the treatment, the patients were divided into the control group(44 cases) and the observation group(44 cases). The control group was given hemostatic acid and vitamin K1 treatment, and the observation group was given Zhikang capsule treatment, comparative analysis of platelet content, coagulation status of the two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the platelet level of the observation group(175.34±38.45) was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=2.579, P<0.05). The coagulation test indicators of the observation group were TT(11.09±2.07)s and PT(10.38±3.43)s, APTT(30.83±5.23) s, D-dimer(349.52±49.34)μg/L, Fbg(3.57±0.52)g/L all have significant changes,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.117, 2.679, 3.873, 3.748, 4.189,P <0.05). Conclusion The application of Zhikang Capsule in the treatment of patients with hypercoagulable hemorrhagic bleeding can have a good hemostasis effect and no adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
