预见性护理对降低阴道分娩产后出血的作用探讨

Effect of Predictive Nursing on Reducing Postpartum Hemorrhage in Vaginal Delivery

目的研究在阴道分娩产妇中进行预见性护理对降低产后出血的效果。方法对该院收治的阴道分娩产妇进行随机抽取110例作为研究对象,所有患者收治时间为2016年6月-2018年6月,以分娩时间的先后顺序为依据将其平均分为两组,护理组采用预见性护理,常规组采用常规护理,对比两组产妇产后出血发生率,出血量以及产妇生活质量评分。结果护理组产后出血发生率为3.64%,明显比常规组的21.82%低,并且出血量少于常规组,上述经统计学分析显示差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.185,t=15.979、25.767,P<0.05)。另外护理组产妇社会功能、躯体功能、角色功能以及认知功能评分明显高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=23.189、24.513、19.973、21.883,P<0.05)。结论对于阴道分娩产妇,实施预见性护理能有效降低其产后出血率以及出血量,同时使产妇的生活质量有明显提高,具有临床广泛使用的价值。

Objective To study the effect of predictive nursing on reducing postpartum hemorrhage in vaginal delivery women. Methods The vaginal delivery women admitted to our hospital were randomly selected, and 110 cases were taken as the research object. All patients were treated from June 2016 to June 2018, and the average time was divided according to the order of delivery time. In the two groups, the nursing group used predictive nursing, and the regular group used routine nursing to compare the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, bleeding volume and maternal quality of life scores. Results The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the nursing group was 3.64%, which was significantly lower than that in the conventional group, 21.82%, and the amount of bleeding was less than that in the conventional group. Statistical analysis showed that the differences were statistically significant (χ2=8.185,t=15.979, 25.767,P<0.05). In addition, the social function, physical function, role function and cognitive function scores of the nursing group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t =23.189, 24.513,19.973,21.883, P<0.05). Conclusion For vaginal delivery, the implementation of predictive nursing can effectively reduce the postpartum hemorrhage rate and the amount of bleeding, and at the same time improve the quality of life of the mother,and has the value of clinical use.
