Under the background of China's comprehensive implementation of rural revitalization strategy,the relationship between rural revitalization strategy and beautiful rural construction is explained.Combined with the practice of beautiful rural construction in Heilongjiang Province,the progress and main problems of the beautiful rural construction in the province are analyzed.Several policy recommendations.
