在农村劳动力流失的背景下,农民培训体系缺乏合理规范与科学设置、市场发展非均衡化等问题严重制约着新型农民培育机制的形成与发展。因此积极建立并健全农村培训机制,能够有效推动我国农民培训事业的快速发展。本文结合农民培育机制的重要性,探析农民培育的现状,提出相应的创新路径。

In the background of the loss of the rural labor force,the lack of reasonable regulation and scientific setting of the peasant training system,the non-equilibrium of the market development and other problems seriously restrict the formation and development of the new peasant cultivation mechanism.Therefore,the establishment and improvement of the rural training mechanism can effectively promote the rapid development of the training cause of the farmers in our country.In the light of the importance of the farmer's cultivation mechanism,this paper analyzes the current situation of the farmer's cultivation and puts forward the corresponding innovation route.
