基于SWOT分析地方本科院校校企合作长效机制构建——以福建省地方本科院校为例

An Analysis of Building Long-term Mechanism of University-Enterprise Cooperation in Local Undergraduate Universities by SWOT Theory——Taking Local Undergraduate Universities in Fujian Province as an Example

随着地方本科院校向应用技术大学转型发展,为产教融合、校企合作带来了广阔的发展前景。要改变校企合作当前的困境,地方本科院校应基于SWOT分析,综合审视自身所处的环境,通过建立有效的利益补偿机制、建立政府主动介入保障机制、应用型人才培养的运行机制等措施来构建校企合作长效机制。

The transition from local undergraduate universities to the ones that feature applied sciences promises a bright future for production-education integration and university-enterprise cooperation.To change the dilemma university-enterprise cooperation now encounters,local undergraduate universities,by using SWOT,should examine their own environment comprehensively to construct long-term mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation through the measures including the establishment of an effective compensation mechanism,the protection mechanism of government's initiative intervention,and the operation mechanism of applied talents training.
