摘要
以天津中德应用技术大学为研究个案,采用分层抽样法和访谈方式,对学校教育资源配置状况进行深入调研分析,结果显示学校教育资源配置状况整体良好,在校园环境和文化建设、教学环境营造、制度体系建设等方面表现较好,但与一流应用技术大学建设要求相比,存在教师队伍数量不足、结构有待进一步优化、教师对学校教育资源了解不够充分、教育经费来源较为单一等问题。在一流应用型本科院校建设过程中,学校应增加高水平“双师型”师资数量;优化教师队伍的年龄结构和职称结构;提高教育财务资源信息的公开性和及时准确性,丰富教育经费来源;进一步提高教学场所和设备的充足性与先进性;进一步丰富校园环境和文化内涵;进一步增强制度体系建设的民主性和可行性。
Taking Tianjin Sino-German University of Applied Sciences as the research case,and adopting stratified sampling method and interview method,the paper analyzes in depth the school's education resources allocation.The result reveals that generally the school's education resources allocation is good,such as in the construction of campus environment and culture,the teaching environment,and the system,etc.However,problems still exist,such as a shortage of teaching faculty,unreasonable structure,teacher's not knowing the school's education resources,and a monotonous source of education funds.Therefore,in the construction of first-class application-oriented universities,they should increase the number of high-level"double-position teachers",optimize the age structure and professional title,improve the openness,timeliness and accuracy of the financial resources,and broaden the sources of education funds.In addition,the universities should make sure that the teaching areas are sufficient,and equipment advanced.Finally,the universities should enrich the campus environment and their culture,and make institutions more democratic and more flexible.
