摘要
高等学校等事业单位传统现场报销模式工作效率低,易引发财务人员与教职工的矛盾,报销满意度较差。为了做好学校“大管家”,顺应财务信息化的发展,转变报销模式,应推行网上报销。以天津中德应用技术大学为例,分析网络报销初期遇到的问题,并提出优化对策。
The traditional on-site reimbursement procedure in universities and other public institutions is low in efficiency,which may cause conflicts between financial staff and teaching staff,rendering the service less satisfactory.In order to better work as a"housekeeper"for the school,online financial reimbursement procedure should be implemented so as to conform to the development of financial informatization,and change the reimbursement mode.The paper,taking Tianjin Sino-German University of Applied Sciences as an example,analyzes the problems existing in the initial period of online financial reimbursement procedure,and then puts forward corresponding measures.
