借鉴新加坡职教模式开展高职轨道装备类专业建设

Railway and Equipment Specialty Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges: Experience from Vocational Education Mode of Singapore

轨道装备业作为我国高端装备制造业的代表,对职业教育人才培养提出了更高的要求,尤其表现在高职院校专业设置与布局上。分析新加坡高职院校专业开发过程,要借鉴其经验,政府部门应加强宏观调控,促进专业设置的规范化;根据区域产业转型升级发展战略需求,办出特色;建设轨道装备类特色专业(群)错位发展;建立建全轨道类专业的预警、退出机制和多元多角度完善校企深度融合机制,打造一流师资队伍,开发国际化的教育教学管理模式。

Being a representative of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in China,the railway equipment industry has raised higher requirements for vocational education,especially for the specialty setting and layout of higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the process of the specialty development in higher vocational colleges in Singapore,and recommends that the government strengthen its macro regulation to further standardize specialty setting.At the same time,the vocational education is required to have its own characters,according to the strategy of transformation and upgrading of the local industry.Building railway and equipment specialty should take its own path,establish an early warning and withdrawal mechanism,and deepen the integration mechanism of school and enterprise from multiple perspectives to set up first-class teaching staff and develop an internationally-accepted management mode of education and teaching.
