摘要
体面劳动是员工有尊严的一种劳动行为。本文以396名员工为研究样本,实证分析了体面劳动与员工创新行为之间的关系,以及组织自尊的中介作用,劳动权益保障和组织创新奖励的调节效应。研究结果发现:体面劳动对员工创新行为具有显著正向作用;组织自尊在两者关系中起中介作用,劳动权益保障和组织创新奖励正向调节组织自尊与员工创新行为之间的关系,且正向调节了组织自尊的中介作用。
Decent labor is a kind of work behavior with dignity for employees.Based on 396 employees,this paper empirically analyzes the relationship between decent labor and employees’innovative behavior,the mediating effect of organizational self-esteem,the moderating effect of labor rights protection and organizational innovation award.The results show that decent labor has a significant positive effect on employees’innovative behavior;organizational self-esteem plays a mediating role in the relationship between them;labor rights protection and organizational innovation award positively moderates the relationship between organizational self-esteem and employees’innovative behavior,and positively moderate the mediating of organizational self-esteem.
