临床药师参与一例门诊晚期癌痛患者的治疗实践

Practice of Clinical Pharmacist in the Treatment of an Outpatient with Advanced Cancer Pain

癌痛可严重影响癌症患者情绪、工作、睡眠及生活质量,而积极、规范的早期镇痛治疗有助于改善癌痛患者生活质量。本文报道了临床药师参与1例门诊癌痛患者的用药宣教、吗啡剂量滴定方案的制定及调整、不良反应的监测及干预等治疗实践,以期为提高临床药师对门诊癌痛患者的药学服务质量提供参考。

Cancer pain may affect the patients’ mood,work,sleep and quality of life,whereas active and standardized early analgesia therapy in helpful to improve the quality of life.This paper reported the practice of clinical pharmacist in the treatment of an outpatient with advanced cancer pain,such as medication education,formulation and adjustment of titration solution of morphine doses,monitoring and intervention of adverse reactions,in order to provide a reference for improving the quality of pharmaceutical services of clinical pharmacists in outpatients with cancer pain.
