摘要
为了对修改湍流粘度后的空化模型在计算滑阀内部空化流动时的可行性进行验证,对液压滑阀V型节流槽内部空化流动采用这种模型进行了仿真分析,随着滑阀出口压力的不断变化,得到不同出口压力下的空化云图,并与实验测得的图像进行比较。在此基础上,分析了不同出口压力下阀口的压力分布,并与实验测得的压力进行比较。结果表明,该模型应用于滑阀V型节流槽内部空化流动计算得到的结果与实测数据基本吻合。
In order to verify the feasibility of the cavitation model after modifying the turbulent viscosity in calculating the cavitation flow inside the spool valve,the internal cavitation flow of the V-type throttle groove of the hydraulic spool valve is simulated and analyzed.With the continuous change of the outlet pressure of the slide valve,the cavitation cloud map under different outlet pressures is obtained and compared with the experimentally measured image.On this basis,the pressure distribution of the valve port under different outlet pressures was analyzed and compared with the measured pressure.The results show that the model is applied to the calculation of the internal cavitation flow in the V-shaped throttle groove of the spool valve.
