摘要
某连铸机振动台液压驱动装置因受限于技术及图纸的缺乏,一直以来就如何维护保养整套液压伺服系统及如何快速解决液压故障成为困扰设备条线的难题。通过对伺服液压系统的测绘,了解其内部构造,把握核心数据,形成了振动液压伺服系统的维护标准,有效降低了伺服液压系统的故障率。
Due to the lack of technology and drawings,the hydraulic drive device of the vibration table of a continuous casting machine in our company is limited,how to maintain the whole hydraulic servo system and how to quickly solve the hydraulic fault has become A problem that plagues the line of equipment.Through the mapping of the servo hydraulic system,understanding its internal structure,grasping the core data,the maintenance standard of the vibration hydraulic servo system is formed,which effectively reduces the failure rate of the servo hydraulic system.
