Exploration on the Structure of Cylinder Blasting Discharge Device for CNG Long Tube Trailer

根据有关标准要求,CNG长管拖车气瓶需要安装爆破泄放装置,为了提升CNG长管拖车的安全性与可靠性,该文对目前市场上已使用的多种泄放装置结构进行了分析,总结了其性能特点及存在的问题,并且在这些泄放装置结构的基础上设计了新型爆破泄放装置,该文对CNG长管拖车气瓶合理选用爆破泄放装置具有参考价值。

According to the requirements of relevant standards,the cylinders of CNG long-tube Trailer need to be equipped with explosive releasing devices.In order to improve the safety and reliability of CNG long-tube trailer,this paper analyses the structures of various releasing devices which have been used in the market at present,summarizes their performance characteristics and existing problems,and puts forward the basis of the structures of these releasing devices.On the basis of this,a new type of blasting release device is designed.This paper has reference value for rational selection of blasting release device for CNG long tube trailer cylinder.
