摘要
海底管道结构设计内容包含了管道的在位强度分析、稳定性分析、安装分析及自由悬跨分析。针对深水管道,管道的悬跨问题尤为重要。因海流冲刷或者其他因素导致海底管道应力状态发生改变,使得管道出现了悬空的状态,这种现象称之为管道悬跨。本文通过对已建管道的悬跨数据进行研究,通过相应的计算分析对管道悬跨状态进行评估。最后分析悬跨成因及提出防治措施,为海底管道悬跨治理提供参考。
The structural design of submarine pipeline includes in-place strength analysis,on-bottom stability analysis,installation analysis and free span analysis.For deep water pipelines,the problem of pipeline free span is particularly important.The stress state of submarine pipeline changes due to current scouring or other factors,which makes the pipeline free span.This phenomenon is called pipeline free span.In this paper,the free span data of built pipelines are studied,and the span state of pipelines is evaluated by corresponding calculation and analysis.Finally,the causes of free span are analyzed and preventive measures are put forward to provide reference for free span control of submarine pipelines.
