摘要 本文主要对液压式浸没泵的结构及工作原理进行介绍,并与其他类型泵进行性能对比,同时阐述了我国深海油气田开采所面临的挑战及目前适用的开采方式等,并以我国南海某深海气田开发为例,介绍我国首个自主半潜式储油平台的特点,鉴于其对货油外输泵及压排载泵等特殊要求、经多次比对筛选,液压式浸没泵凭借其体积小、性能高、可实现无级调速,且具有很强的防爆性能等优点脱颖而出,最后对液压式浸没泵在深海油气田开发中的应用前景进行展望。 This article mainly discusses the structure and working principle of hydraulic submerged pump are introduced,and compared with other types of pump performance,at the same time,this paper expounds the challenge for the deep sea oil and gas mining and mining mode of currently used,and some of the south China sea deep sea gas field development,for example,introduce China s first independent semi-submersible oil platform characteristics,given its outside of cargo oil pumps and ballast pump and other special requirements,by several times than filter,hydraulic submerged pump because of its small volume,high performance,which can realize stepless speed regulation,and has the advantages of strong explosion-proof performance stand out,Finally,the application prospect of hydraulic submersible pump in deep-sea oil and gas field development is prospected.
