摘要
教师职业倦怠直接影响教学质量,因此探索教师倦怠水平影响因素极其重要。通过对江西省两所高职院校252名教师调查,以积极心理品质为背景,利用SPSS进行独立样本检验、单因素ANOVA检验和相关分析等,结果发现:不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、教龄、岗位、职称、最高学历的教师关于职业倦怠及3个维度具有显著性差异;积极心理品质与职业倦怠呈现显著的负相关;提高积极心理品质能够有效地缓解甚至消除职业倦怠。
Since teachers’job burnout has a direct effect on teaching quality,the influencing factors of teachers’job burnout is of great significance.With 252 teachers from two higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi province as samples,in view of positive psychological quality,used of SPSS for independent sample test,single factor ANOVA test and correlation analysis.It is concluded that:teachers with different gender,age,marital status,teaching age,position,title and highest educational background have significant differences in job burnout and its three dimensions;Positive psychological quality and job burnout show significant negative correlation;Improving positive psychological quality can effectively alleviate or even eliminate job burnout.
