An improved method for the rapid determination of 90Sr in soil

摘要 考察了Fe、210Bi等干扰因子对二-(2-乙基己基)磷酸酯萃取色层快速测90Sr方法的影响。上柱前采用抗坏血酸还原Fe^3+,能减少Fe^3+对分离柱的吸附,有效提高柱容量。采用二次Na2S沉淀法除Bi,210Bi的去污系数达1.6×10^4,能消除210Bi对90Sr测量的影响。该法分析50g土壤,化学回收率为77.6%,检出限为0.21 Bq·kg^-1。采用IAEA比对样品验证改进后的方法,结果相对偏差<10%,较原方法更可靠。 The interference of Fe^3+,210Bi on the rapid determination of 90Sr has been studied by the method of HDEHP extraction chromatography.By reducing Fe3+with ascorbic acid before pouring Fe^3+ into the separation column,the adsorption of Fe^3+ to the column can be reduced,which improve the capacity of the column for Y effectively.The decontamination factor of 210Bi was up to 1.6×10^4 by two times precipitation with Na2S.When 50g soil was analyzed,the chemical recovery rate was 77.6%and the detection limit was 0.21 Bq·kg^-1.The relative bias for the samples of IAEA Laboratory comparison is less than 10%by the improved method which suggested the improved method more reliable than the original method.
