摘要
从文化因素入手,针对当前高职院校“学生动力不足,教师束手无策”的课堂现象,深入剖析和探讨社会、家庭、学校、学生个体文化等多层次文化因素对高职学生的学习动力存在的影响,为高职院校育人提供理论价值和实践意义。
Begin with the culture factors,this paper combine society,family,school,students etc.factors,and in-depth analysis a phenomenon shown on class,it’s character is student lack of learning motivation which beyond teacher’s control.This study can provide theoretical value and practical significance for higher vocational education.
