[目的/意义]科技创新评价工作是科技管理工作的重要组成部分,是企业持续健康发展、促进科技资源优化配置的重要手段。[方法/过程]通过对企业科技创新指标体系的研究分析,并结合国家层面、行业层面的科技创新评价和分析方法,设计研发了《科技创新评价系统》。该系统特点主要体现在操作简便、流程协同、计算智能、以及数据全面可视化,现已在企业内部全面应用推广,得到较高的评价。[结论/结果]运用现代互联网信息技术,使得企业科技创新评价工作变得可行、高效,从而提高科技创新管理能级,为相关企业提供经验借鉴。

[Purpose/Significance]The evaluation of scientific and technological innovation is an important part of scientific and technological management,and an important means to promote the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises and optimize the allocation of scientific and technological resources.[Method/Process]Through the research and analysis of the index system of scientific and technological innovation of enterprises,and combining the evaluation and analysis methods of scientific and technological innovation at the national level and the industry level,the Evaluation System of Scientific and Technological Innovation was designed and developed.The features of the system are simple operation,process collaboration,computational intelligence,and comprehensive visualization of data.It has been widely used in enterprises and has been highly evaluated.[Result/Conclusion]The application of modern Internet information technology makes the evaluation of scientific and technological innovation feasible and efficient,thus improving the management level of scientific and technological innovation,and providing experience for relevant enterprises.
