校企融合的计算机类专业创新培养模式探索

Exploration on the Innovation Training mode of Computer Majors Integrated with School and Enterprise

针对当前新技术层出不穷、快速迭代的产业实际,指出目前地方应用型高校计算机类专业人才培养模式存在的不足,从产业实际需求、校企协同、校企共建专业、实训基地建设等几个方面研究新型的人才培养模式。在校企深度融合的背景下,形成了以信息产业及教育政策、本地区信息产业实际、和高校专业建设为三个支点,以培养创新型人才为最终目标的人才培养模式。现已取得良好的实施效果。

In view of the current booming information technology industry,we point out the disadvantages in the talent cultivating model of computer-related specialties in local application-oriented universities.We investigate on novel talent cultivating model from various perspectives,including actual needs of the industry,university-enterprise cooperation,university-enterprise joint construction of specialties,and training base construction.Under the background of deep integration of universities and enterprises,we achieve the talent cultivation model with the three points of support(information-technology-industry-and-education policies,the reality of the information technology industry in the local region,and the professional construction of colleges and universities)and one ultimate goal(cultivating innovative talents).The proposed model has been proved to be efficient in practice.
